For hotels and senior living communities
We're learning where laundry slows your team down.
Cyclo is exploring hands-free laundry help for hotels and senior living communities. Before we build anything, we want to hear from the people who run them.
We're not selling anything yet. Just asking questions.
Who we'd like to hear from
If one of these sounds like you, we'd love 15 minutes of your time.
Hotels and extended-stay
General managers, operations and housekeeping leads
We'd like to hear how laundry works at your property today, where it eats up staff time, and what guests ask for that you can't easily offer.
Start a conversationSenior living and nursing homes
Administrators, directors of nursing, environmental services
We'd like to hear who handles resident laundry today, where things go wrong, and what any outside help would have to respect, like infection control and resident belongings.
Start a conversationWhy we're asking
Cyclo started with a simple observation in college dorms: the washing is automatic, but the standing by for it isn't. Trips up and down stairs, checking whether a load is done, clothes left too long.
We think hotels and care communities may have a version of the same problem. We might be wrong, or we might be solving the wrong part of it. That's exactly what we want to find out before building anything.

What a conversation looks like
A short conversation
15 minutes by phone, video, or in person at your property.
No pitch, no commitment
We're not selling anything yet. We ask, and we listen.
We share what we learn
You get a summary of what we're hearing from other properties.
Anything you tell us stays private. We won't name you or your property without asking first, and we only record a call if you say yes.
Is this for you?
Probably, if
- You run, or help run, a hotel or senior living community.
- You're open to talking about how laundry works today.
- You'd like a say in what gets built.
Not yet, if
- You want to buy a laundry service today. We don't have one.
- You'd rather wait and see a finished product first.
